This work is carried out in the frame of the university project in which a small subproject is dealing with the problem of the cellular lightweight metal structures. Furthermore by calculating the diffusion of hydrogen in both solid and liquid aluminium there were found results for the duration of the anticipated action of the powdered blowing agent (0.75, 1.0, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75 and 2.0 wt. %).
