We present microstructures and mechanical properties of four selected samples prepared under various production parameters. Optical and scanning electron microscopy together with energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry were used for microstructure analysis. Porosity was evaluated based on image analysis. To represent differences in mechanical properties, microhardness measurement and compression tests were performed. Based on our observations of microstructure quality and performed tests, the results of the parameter impact study are further applied to the production of products of the required quality. ER
